Quest about rescue Seggallion:
It seems that this quest is the "last" quest you should take and finish.
However I always "rescue Seggallion" after the 16th quest, no matter what quest it is.
It's strange and did not follow the great FAQ written by Ian Kelley.
Anyway, after rescue Seggallion you will see the following story line:
